About the Role We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to build enterprise applications and connect critical systems. This role involves hands-on delivery and integration of Salesforce with internal platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop applications, services, and REST APIs using C# and .NET • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems through APIs, messaging, and event-driven approaches • Define data mappings, authentication, error handling, retries, and monitoring • Apply OOP, OOD, design patterns, 12-factor principles, and sound architecture practices • Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, security, and reliability • Review code, guide technical decisions, and mentor developers Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, and distributed systems • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications • Experience designing, delivering, and supporting system-to-system integrations • Strong knowledge of software architecture and object-oriented design
