About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Lead .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET development and experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop applications, services, and REST APIs using C# and .NET • Build Salesforce integrations with internal systems and external platforms • Implement API integrations, messaging, and event-driven architectures • Define data mappings, authentication, error handling, retries, and monitoring • Apply OOP, OOD, design patterns, 12-factor principles, and software architecture best practices • Troubleshoot integration issues and improve performance, security, and reliability • Conduct code reviews, guide technical decisions, and mentor developers Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET • Expertise in REST APIs and distributed systems • Proven experience with Salesforce integrations • Experience designing and supporting enterprise APIs • Strong understanding of OOP, OOD, design patterns, and 12-factor applications • Solid software architecture and troubleshooting skills
