About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer with strong WPF expertise to join an enterprise application development team. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise applications using .NET and WPF • Lead technical projects and mentor junior developers • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements Requirements • Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET • Hands-on expertise in WPF, XAML, and MVVM architecture • Experience developing Windows Desktop Applications • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, and backend integration • Experience with multithreading, async/await, and application performance tuning • Technical leadership experience with code reviews and mentoring Preferred Skills • Banking/Financial Services experience • Experience with Prism, MVVM Light, or CommunityToolkit.Mvvm • Knowledge of WCF, Dependency Injection, and Unit Testing • Azure DevOps / CI-CD experience
