About the Role We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to a large-scale modernization initiative. This role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities • Drive development initiatives and contribute to modernization projects • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET • Full-stack development experience • SQL Server and database development skills • Experience with Angular, React, Blazor, or similar front-end technologies • Microservices architecture and API integrations • Technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring experience • Experience with Agile/Scrum and JIRA • Experience with Delphi/Pascal or WCF is a plus, but not required
