About the Role We are looking for a Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team for a 12+ month contract. This role involves leading enterprise banking application design, development, and delivery, focusing on digital transformation and cloud adoption. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise banking application design, development and delivery • Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, platform consolidation and modernization of legacy systems • Define technical roadmaps and reusable architecture/design patterns • Build secure, scalable APIs and integrate core banking platforms, third-party vendors and enterprise data services • Support real-time and batch integrations across business-critical systems • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security, risk and governance standards • Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Architects and DevOps teams • Lead Agile ceremonies, release planning, technical reviews and production deployments • Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices Requirements • C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core • React / Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS • REST APIs, Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture • Cloud Technologies – AWS / Azure / GCP • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • API Enablement, Enterprise Integrations & Cloud-Native Architecture • Legacy Application Modernization & Cloud Migration • Technical Design Reviews, Architecture & Code Reviews • Automated Deployments, Performance Optimization & Production Support Banking & Lending Experience — Highly Preferred • Commercial Lending / Consumer Lending • Loan Origination Systems (LOS) & Loan Servicing • Credit Risk Management & Underwriting Workflows • Core Banking & Customer Relationship Management Systems
