About the Role We are looking for a Lead Power Platform Developer to join our team. This role requires extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI integration. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform • Integrate AI technologies including Generative AI and conversational AI • Implement Robotic Process Automation solutions • Guide technical teams and review code • Set up continuous integration and deployment pipelines Requirements • Minimum of 12+ years of enterprise application development and solution architecture experience • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform • Proven expertise with AI integration using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio • Strong experience in designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions • Solid software engineering background with knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript • Leadership experience in guiding technical teams • Deep understanding of architecture principles and modern development practices • Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps Benefits (No benefits mentioned)
