About the Role We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer with strong .NET experience to architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions supporting wealth management operations and advisor workflows. This role involves leading technical design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud while mentoring engineers and aligning Salesforce capabilities with enterprise platform strategy. Key Responsibilities • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions with broad organizational impact • Lead technical decisions for major Salesforce features, integrations, and platform initiatives • Translate complex CRM requirements into scalable Apex, LWC, and Flow-based solutions • Establish best practices for Apex, LWC, automated testing, deployment, and Salesforce org health • Design integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns • Mitigate risks related to governor limits, data model scalability, performance, and platform stability • Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for critical production issues • Partner with DevOps/SRE teams to improve CI/CD, deployment automation, and observability • Guide multi-org, Platform Events, and external object design decisions • Mentor engineers and contribute to Salesforce development standards and roadmap planning Requirements • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience across complex CRM implementations • Strong .NET background • Expert Apex skills: triggers, batch classes, Queueable jobs, and test frameworks • Expert Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura development • Strong Salesforce declarative experience: Flows, Process Builder, approvals, and validation rules • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Integration experience using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi • Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and source-driven development • CI/CD experience with Copado, Gearset, or equivalent • Strong SOQL/SOSL, bulkification, query optimization, and governor-limit management • Salesforce security expertise: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security • Experience mentoring engineers and setting development standards
