About the Role We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on .NET experience for a 6-month contract role. This is a hybrid position that requires expertise in both Salesforce and .NET development. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs using .NET • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura • Manage complex solutions across multiple Salesforce orgs • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, CLI, and tools like Copado or Gearset • Optimize Salesforce performance with SOQL/SOSL and bulk patterns • Work with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, and SQS • Mentor engineers and set development standards Requirements • 8 to 10+ years of Salesforce development experience • Hands-on .NET (C#) development within the last 3 years • Expert-level Apex (triggers, batch, queueable, test frameworks) • Experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CLI, scratch orgs, and CI/CD tools • Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL and performance optimization • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and infrastructure as code tools • Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Redis Nice to have: Financial Services Cloud / Wealth Management experience and Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
