About the Role We are looking for a Lead Salesforce + .NET Developer to join our team. This role involves consulting and leading development efforts for Salesforce and .NET applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch & Queueable Apex • Create Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components • Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft/Boomi, and Event-Driven Integrations • Implement Salesforce DX, CLI, CI/CD, and Deployment Automation • Optimize performance and ensure Salesforce Security • Provide technical architecture and mentor junior team members Requirements • Strong programming experience in .NET/C#, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages • Experience with Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Batch & Queueable Apex • Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft/Boomi, and Event-Driven Integrations • Experience with Salesforce DX, CLI, CI/CD, and Deployment Automation • Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, Performance Optimization, and Salesforce Security • Technical Architecture, Team Leadership, and Mentoring skills Preferred • Financial Services Cloud or Wealth Management experience
