About the Role We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Albany, NY. This is a contract position with a duration of 18+ months, focusing on application design, implementation, and leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead development teams and manage releases • Review code and mentor developers • Design and implement applications using C#, .NET Core, and related technologies • Build web applications with Vue.js and Angular • Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services • Create technical documentation and perform solution architecture • Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis Requirements • 7+ years of experience in application design, implementation, and lead software engineering • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Core MVC, and Entity Framework Core • Hands-on experience with Vue.js and Angular • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap • Experience with MS SQL Server, queries, stored procedures, and views • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, version control, CI/CD deployment coordination • Understanding of SOLID principles
