About the Role We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Platform Engineering to join our team. This role requires hands-on technical leadership to implement GenAI solutions and transition prototypes into production. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical implementation of Generative AI solutions • Design and develop cloud-native applications • Architect and implement distributed systems • Mentor engineering team members • Ensure robust deployment and testing processes Requirements • 8+ years of Software Engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Java • Expertise in Software Architecture, Design & Full SDLC • Practical experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs & RAG • Proficiency in API Development, Microservices & Distributed Systems • Knowledge of Cloud-Native Application Development • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD & DevOps practices • Strong background in Automated Testing and Production Deployment • Technical Leadership and Engineering Mentoring capabilities
