About the Role We are looking for a Lead SQL Data Analyst to join our team in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry. This role requires extensive experience in data analysis, validation, and testing using SQL. Key Responsibilities • Analyze, validate, and test data using SQL • Map and transform data between systems • Track and resolve data defects • Coordinate with business users and developers • Drive issues to closure Requirements • 10–15+ years of experience in P&C Insurance and Policy Administration Systems • Excellent SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and testing • Experience with data mapping, transformation, defect tracking, and resolution • Knowledge of relational databases • Snowflake experience is a plus • Exposure to DB2, SQL Server, and cloud technologies is preferred • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to take ownership and coordinate with stakeholders
