About the Role We are looking for a Lead Systems Analyst with strong financial domain knowledge and portfolio analysis experience to join Wellington Management. This role involves working directly with Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts to improve investment workflows through technology and AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Drive adoption of AI tools across investment teams • Bridge business needs and technology solutions • Provide production support, testing, and issue resolution • Work with front-office teams, investors, and Portfolio Managers • Analyze portfolios, asset classes, and risk exposure Requirements • 10+ years of experience in financial services and investment domain • Strong knowledge of portfolio analysis platforms and investment workflows • Direct experience working with front-office teams and Portfolio Managers • Basic SQL knowledge required; Python is a plus • Experience with OMS and end-to-end trade lifecycle preferred • Strong communication skills to collaborate with investors and developers
