About the Role We are seeking a Lead UI Front End Developer for a contract-to-hire position with our client in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement user interfaces using React.js • Develop reusable components and maintain code quality • Integrate front-end with back-end systems via REST APIs • Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers Requirements • Strong experience in React.js and modern front-end development • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design • Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or similar state management tools • Familiarity with front-end build tools and testing frameworks • Experience with Git and version control systems • Understanding of web performance optimization and browser debugging
