About the Role We are looking for an experienced Embedded Linux Platform Engineer for a 6-month contract position in Bellevue, WA. Key Responsibilities • Develop and port embedded Linux platforms • Perform Ubuntu upgrades from 18.04 to 22.04 • Work with Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, and Bootloaders • Support Intel/x86 Embedded Systems • Utilize Yocto for system bring-up and platform migration • Implement AWS, IoT, and Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates Requirements • Expertise in embedded Linux development and platform porting • Experience with Ubuntu upgrades • Knowledge of Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, and Bootloaders • Familiarity with Intel/x86 Embedded Systems • Proficiency with Yocto, System Bring-Up, and Platform Migration • Experience with AWS, IoT, and OTA Updates Edge computing platforms and embedded system testing experience is a plus.
