About the Role
We are seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to join our team in the US Mortgage - Secondary Market domain.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Rate Locks, Extensions, Investor Locks & Best Effort Locks
• Handle Investor Registration, Loan Changes & Lock Mismatch Resolution
• Utilize Optimal Blue & Encompass systems for mortgage operations
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in US Mortgage Lock Desk / Secondary Market
• Hands-on experience with Optimal Blue & Encompass
• Knowledge of various lock types and mortgage processes
• Strong Analytical, Research & Communication Skills
