About the Role We are looking for an M365 Migration Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and managing mailbox migration, Exchange Online, and mail flow. Key Responsibilities • Execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations • Manage mailbox migration, Exchange Online, and mail flow • Use Quest migration tools and PowerShell scripts • Troubleshoot migration failures and resolve technical issues • Perform migration cutovers and post-migration validation • Manage permissions, authentication, connectivity, and access • Maintain migration trackers, technical documentation, and reports • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of relevant IT experience • Hands-on experience in M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online and mailbox migration • Experience with Quest migration tools • Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, identity, and permissions • Experience in cutover execution and post-migration support • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
