About the Role We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Data Scientist to join a centralized Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE). This role involves analyzing large datasets, building machine learning models, and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets • Build, optimize, and evaluate machine learning and predictive models • Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and statistical analysis • Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib • Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations • Collaborate with Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams • Maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning • Strong proficiency in Python or R and SQL • Hands-on experience with Classification, Regression, Clustering, and Predictive Modeling • Strong foundation in Statistics, Probability, and Linear Algebra • Experience with data wrangling, preprocessing, and large datasets • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
