About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to develop, maintain, and modernize mission-critical enterprise applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience with IBM mainframe technologies and application performance optimization. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis • Optimize DB2 queries, batch jobs, and application performance • Support mainframe modernization and cloud integration initiatives • Collaborate with architects, business teams, QA, and stakeholders • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers • Participate in Agile ceremonies and production deployments Requirements • 8+ years of experience with IBM mainframe technologies • Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM • Experience with CICS and IMS • Knowledge of Endevor, File-AID, and SPUFI • Experience with Batch Processing and Production Support • Skills in Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting • Understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred
