About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in IBM Z technologies, z/OS automation, and mainframe operations. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using IBM Z technologies • Manage z/OS automation and mainframe operations • Utilize TSO and ISPF for system management • Develop and maintain JCL and REXX scripts • Work with System Automation Policy Database (PDB) • Participate in z/OS automation migration projects • Configure and automate IBM Z systems Requirements • 10+ years of overall professional experience • 5+ years of experience in mainframe operations, technical support, or consulting • Hands-on experience with TSO and ISPF • Strong knowledge of JCL and REXX scripting • Working knowledge of System Automation Policy Database (PDB) • Experience with z/OS automation migration projects • Expertise in IBM NetView for z/OS and IBM Z System Automation for z/OS • Knowledge of z/OS system startup, shutdown, configuration, and automation • Working knowledge of SMP/E • Experience with fully automated IBM Z system configurations
