About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to support application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Support application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Work with COBOL and CICS development • Provide production support and debugging Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in COBOL and CICS development • Recent COBOL coding experience within the last 12 months • Experience with IBM Mainframe (z/OS), JCL, and job scheduling • Strong knowledge of DB2, SQL, and QMF • Experience with TSO, XPEDITER, and source control using Visual Studio • Knowledge of application development, testing, debugging, and production support • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications • Micro Focus COBOL, App Master Builder, and Native COBOL • SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, and SSRS • Mainframe migration or re-platforming experience • Experience with highway inventory or similar business applications We are seeking candidates with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills who can work effectively within a development team.
