About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe z/OS System Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in large-scale enterprise mainframe environments. Key Responsibilities • Support large Mainframe environments (5,000+ MIPS) • Administer z/OS v2.x / v3.x systems • Manage JES2, DFSMS, VTAM, TCP/IP, OMVS • Handle RACF / ACF2 Administration • Perform CA-ACF2 Upgrade & SailPoint-ACF2 Integration • Execute SMP/E, ISV Product Installation, Upgrade & Migration • Administer z15 / z16 Hardware & Sysplex • Monitor RMF / SMF Performance • Utilize OMEGAMON, TEPS, NetView, SIEM Tools • Work with Assembler, REXX, JCL, CA-OPS/MVS Automation • Follow IPL / POR Procedures & Mainframe Console Operations • Manage IODF / IOCDS / HCD / HCM • Conduct Capacity Planning & Performance Tuning • Develop Disaster Recovery Planning & DR Drills • Optimize MIPS & Software Rationalization • Support Parallel Sysplex Environment • Implement OPSMVS Automation Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on Mainframe z/OS Systems Programming experience
