About the Role We are seeking a Master Data Reference Architect to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in master data management and enterprise data architecture, focusing on designing and implementing robust data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement master data management solutions using Profisee MDM or comparable platforms • Develop master data models, golden records, and implement match & merge processes • Create reference data architecture and manage data governance frameworks • Utilize Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Power BI for data analytics • Perform advanced SQL queries and logical data modeling • Ensure data quality through mapping and cross-system integration Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Data Architecture • Proficiency with Profisee MDM or comparable multidomain MDM platform • Expertise in Master Data Modeling, Golden Records, Match & Merge, and Survivorship • Knowledge of Reference Data Architecture, Data Governance, and Hierarchy Management • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Power BI • Advanced SQL skills and conceptual & logical data modeling abilities • Understanding of Data Quality, Data Mapping, and Cross-System Integration • Familiarity with Canonical Data Models, Data Lineage, and Data Stewardship Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar Data Catalog and Business Glossary tools • Background in law firms or professional services organizations • Experience with complex organizational and business hierarchies • Experience defining enterprise data ownership and governance standards • Experience working with cloud-based enterprise analytics platforms
