About the Role We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack • Implement advanced JavaScript and TypeScript concepts • Design and manage event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka • Optimize performance using Redis caching and MongoDB • Develop and maintain REST APIs • Work with microservices and distributed systems • Implement CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployments Requirements • Strong experience with React.js and Node.js backend development • Hands-on experience with Kafka-based streaming architectures • Expertise in Redis caching and MongoDB optimization • Experience developing scalable microservices • Strong understanding of frontend and backend performance tuning
