About the Role We are looking for an experienced MES Equipment Automation Engineer with strong expertise in semiconductor equipment automation, manufacturing systems, and software development. Key Responsibilities • Support semiconductor equipment, preferably process equipment • Implement and maintain MES, Equipment Automation, and end-to-end CIM automation solutions • Perform QA and validation of semiconductor equipment software • Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5 Whys Requirements • Proficiency in Visual Studio, C#, .NET, Python, databases, and SQL • Hands-on experience supporting semiconductor equipment • Knowledge of SECS/GEM protocols and SEMI automation standards • Understanding of MES, Equipment Automation, and end-to-end CIM automation solutions • Experience in QA and validation of semiconductor equipment software • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management
