About the Role We are looking for an experienced MES Project Manager to lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead MES implementation, upgrades, and deployments • Manage stakeholder communication and project leadership • Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP standards and data integrity • Integrate MES with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and automation systems Requirements • 5–7 years of hands-on MES experience • Experience with MES platforms such as POMS, PharmaSuite, Opcenter, or Syncade • Knowledge of Electronic Batch Records and manufacturing workflows • Understanding of GMP/GxP compliance, data integrity, and system validation • Strong technical and project leadership skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
