About the Role We are looking for an experienced MFT & Automation Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing and automating file transfers using IBM Sterling technologies. Key Responsibilities • Manage IBM Sterling File Gateway, B2B Integrator, Global Mailbox, and Control Center • Troubleshoot Sterling business processes, system issues, network connectivity, Cassandra, IBM MQ, and ZooKeeper • Perform IBM Sterling installation, upgrades, and configuration • Work with Linux and Windows commands • Develop scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting • Provide 24/7 support and on-call responsibilities Requirements • Strong experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway, B2B Integrator, Global Mailbox, and Control Center • Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling installation, upgrades, and configuration • Troubleshooting skills for Sterling business processes, system issues, network connectivity, Cassandra, IBM MQ, and ZooKeeper • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows commands • Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting • Knowledge of SQL queries and BPML is a plus • Familiarity with MFT tools such as GoAnywhere and Globalscape is an added advantage
