About the Role We are seeking a senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to secure, optimize, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 services, strengthen tenant configurations, and resolve complex collaboration and messaging issues. Key Responsibilities • Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. • Harden Microsoft 365 tenant configurations using security best practices. • Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and group-based licensing. • Support Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. • Configure Purview DLP, retention policies, and sensitivity labels. • Resolve escalated M365 issues and support service desk/L2 teams. • Automate administration using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. • Maintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and support guides. • Respond to M365 incidents during the holiday on-call rotation. Requirements • 7+ years of Microsoft systems engineering experience. • 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 / Office 365. • Strong Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive expertise. • Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Entra Connect experience. • Hands-on Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph. • Strong Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft environment knowledge. • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
