About the Role We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, build, and support CRM solutions on the Microsoft cloud for the Ontario Public Sector. This role involves turning technical specifications into working applications and delivering reporting that helps the business make decisions. Key Responsibilities • Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, reports, ribbons, menus, and dashboards • Build workflows, plug-ins, and complex Power Automate flows • Develop with C#, JavaScript, and HTML, using the Dynamics SDK, Web API, Organization Services, OData, FetchXML, and XrmToolBox • Build custom portals with ASP.NET, .NET Core, AngularJS, TypeScript, and Azure services • Customize Power Apps and Power Pages, and design solutions on Dataverse • Integrate Dynamics with enterprise systems through CRM APIs and ETL processes • Create Power BI reports, CRM reports, and Word templates • Lead design walkthroughs, troubleshoot issues, provide post-implementation support, and document solutions Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering and leading Dynamics CRM projects • Customizing Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, reports, ribbons, menus, and dashboards • Building workflows, plug-ins, and complex Power Automate flows • Customizing Dynamics with C#, JavaScript, and HTML • Expert-level Power Apps and Power Pages customization • Using CRM APIs to integrate with enterprise systems
