About the Role We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer/Developer specializing in Microsoft Fabric to join our team. This role involves working with various Microsoft Fabric components and technologies to build robust data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data solutions using Microsoft Fabric • Work with Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, and Data Factory • Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, PySpark, and Delta Lake • Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX, and Direct Lake • Manage data migration, incremental loads, and CDC • Utilize Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, and CI/CD for version control and deployment • Perform performance tuning, security, and governance • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and client communication
