About the Role TechNix is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management Engineer to join their team. This role involves planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Intune and enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Key Responsibilities • Plan, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise MDM solutions • Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, and security baselines • Integrate Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise with Microsoft Intune • Support MDM migration, endpoint provisioning, and device management modernization • Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, compliance, and policy-related issues • Ensure endpoint configurations align with agency, state, and federal security standards • Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to agency IT staff Requirements • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management • Strong experience implementing and supporting enterprise MDM solutions • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) • Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Android Enterprise • Expertise in Conditional Access, device compliance policies, security policies, and application deployment • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and knowledge-transfer skills • Experience working in government or highly regulated environments is required Preferred Qualifications • State government or public-sector IT experience • Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning • Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards • Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management • Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, and integration with ticketing or asset management systems
