About the Role We are looking for an experienced Microsoft .NET Developer to join a development team supporting the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, test, and maintain .NET applications • Participate in requirements analysis, design, QA, implementation, and support • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with project teams • Maintain technical documentation and follow established development standards • Help coordinate project tasks, manage competing priorities, and mentor team members Requirements • Experience with Microsoft .NET application development • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills • Experience with technical documentation and project work-plan tracking • Ability to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment • Availability for a fully onsite assignment
