About the Role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level BI solutions, interactive dashboards, and actionable business reports. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise-level BI solutions • Create interactive dashboards and actionable business reports • Implement data modeling and data warehousing solutions • Perform ETL/ELT and data integration tasks • Utilize SQL Server and Azure Data Services • Work with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory • Develop Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance • Manage stakeholders and gather requirements Requirements • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL • Experience with data modeling and data warehousing • Proficiency in ETL/ELT and data integration • Familiarity with SQL Server and Azure Data Services • Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory • Skills in dashboard development and data visualization • Knowledge of performance tuning and report optimization • Understanding of Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines • Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
