About the Role We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and enterprise dashboard development. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards • Build complex DAX measures, KPIs, and optimized data models • Develop ETL processes and integrate multiple data sources • Optimize report performance, data refreshes, and dashboard usability • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and BI governance best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor junior developers Requirements • 10+ years of experience in BI and Data Analytics • 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and data modeling • Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory • Knowledge of Power BI Service, Gateways, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines • Experience with ETL, data warehousing, dashboard optimization, and stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications • Banking or Financial Services experience • Microsoft Fabric and Azure certifications • Python/R and Agile experience
