About the Role We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with strong hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy development, advanced SQL, and enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex reports, interactive dashboards, and scalable analytics solutions while collaborating with data analysts, data modeling teams, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex MicroStrategy reports, interactive dashboards, and Report Services Documents. • Build executive-level, operational, and customer-outcome dashboards to support business decision-making. • Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures. • Work with data models, data warehouses, OLAP, complex metrics, transformations, and VLDB properties. • Partner with data analysts, data modeling teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions. • Perform report performance tuning, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support. • Support current and historical data reporting while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and scalability. • Follow SDLC, Agile methodologies, code quality standards, and CI/CD best practices. Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy development experience. • Strong experience with Advanced Analytics Reports, Visual Insight Dashboards, and Report Services Documents. • Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and data warehousing. • Understanding of BI architecture, data modeling, complex metrics, transformations, and performance optimization. • Experience developing enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
