About the Role We are seeking an experienced Migration Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of B2B marketing programs, journeys, and data pipelines from Iterable to HubSpot. This role requires strong project management skills and technical marketing knowledge. Key Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end migration schedule, dependency mapping, and critical path • Audit and track the inventory of Iterable campaigns, templates, and journeys through rebuild, merge, or retire decisions • Maintain a structured RAID log and drive mitigation plans for timeline risks • Run weekly operating cadences, decision reviews, and stakeholder syncs • Establish cutover readiness criteria, including parity QA, data integrity validation, and subscription consent checks • Manage post-migration performance tracking against baseline metrics Requirements • 5+ years of project or program management experience within marketing technology, marketing operations, or a technical environment • Proven track record of delivering CRM or marketing automation platform migrations on schedule • Strong proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet for milestone and dependency tracking • Working knowledge of marketing automation workflows, lifecycle stages, event triggers, and segmentation • Prior experience with HubSpot or Iterable is required
