About the Role We are looking for a Model-Based Developer Engineer to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. This role focuses on model-based code generation and embedded software development for automotive systems. Key Responsibilities • Model-based code generation using Embedded Coder / TargetLink • MIL/SIL testing; experience with Tessy is a plus • Embedded C development, coding, debugging, and unit testing • Requirement analysis and traceability using JAMA, following ASPICE guidelines • Software Requirement Specification (SRS) creation and review • Familiarity with Git, Jira, and the Software V-Model • Knowledge of automotive software development and AUTOSAR • Exposure to CAPL scripting, HIL testing, and automotive diagnostics • BMS (Battery Management Systems) experience is a plus Requirements • 7+ years of experience in embedded software development • Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering • Strong embedded software development and debugging skills • Hands-on experience with model-based development and automotive embedded systems • Understanding of ASPICE processes and software verification methodologies
