About the Role We are looking for an experienced MS Fabric Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data architecture using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform. Key Responsibilities • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models; perform data discovery and domain modeling • Create and maintain source-to-target mappings • Architect ETL/ELT solutions and design data pipelines and data flows • Enable API and event-driven integration • Lead Microsoft Fabric architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Warehouse) • Optimize Fabric performance, security, and governance • Develop advanced SQL queries and perform SQL tuning • Design Data Warehouse and Lakehouse architectures • Integrate Power BI for analytics and reporting • Support data modernization initiatives, POCs, pilots, and backfill existing projects • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data architecture Requirements • Data Architecture & Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical) • Data Discovery & Data Domain Modeling • Source-to-Target Mapping • ETL/ELT Architecture & Data Pipeline Design • API and Event-Driven Integration • Data Quality, Data Lineage & Metadata Management • Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Warehouse) • Fabric Architecture, Data Engineering, Implementation & Troubleshooting • Fabric Performance Optimization, Security & Governance • Azure Data Factory • Advanced SQL Development & Performance Tuning • Data Warehouse and Lakehouse Architectures • Power BI Integration and Analytics Desirable Skills • Experience with data modernization initiatives and POCs/pilots • Familiarity with HSRDMS integrations and RAI innovation projects • Knowledge of Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks • Strong stakeholder management and architectural documentation skills
