About the Role We are looking for a MuleSoft Integration Engineer to join Oktana, a custom software development company focused on Cloud and Salesforce solutions. This role involves building, maintaining, and supporting enterprise integrations connecting Salesforce Service Cloud with upstream and downstream systems for a global technology client. Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and support enterprise integrations connecting Salesforce Service Cloud with upstream and downstream systems • Collaborate with engineering, operations, business, and technical stakeholder teams to keep integration workflows running reliably • Diagnose and resolve API and integration failures in production environments • Monitor production systems, triage alerts, and respond to incidents • Document technical processes and communicate effectively across teams Requirements • 3–5 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft and enterprise integrations • Professional experience with Java, particularly in integration, APIs, backend services, or middleware • Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting production integrations and APIs • Experience with API-led connectivity, data synchronization, data transformation, and message routing • Ability to work full US Central Time (CST, UTC-5) hours • Willingness to participate in a Developer First Responder (DFR) / production support rotation Benefits • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a remote environment • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Potential for professional growth and development
