About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Solution Architect to join Maxon IT Solutions. This role involves driving end-to-end solution architecture, participating in hands-on development, managing technical teams, and taking ownership of overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end solution architecture using .NET, Angular, and AWS • Lead application design and actively participate in development • Manage, mentor, and guide development teams • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Drive architectural decisions and implementation strategies • Oversee code quality, code reviews, and development standards • Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery Requirements • 15+ years of overall IT experience • Proven experience as a .NET Solution Architect • Strong hands-on .NET, Angular, and AWS expertise • Experience managing and guiding technical teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Must be available for an in-person client interview in Raleigh, NC
