About the Role We are looking for an experienced NetSuite ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project delivery, NetSuite Financials, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership, ensuring successful implementations within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects • Manage ERP implementations with hands-on project management experience in NetSuite ERP • Ensure successful implementations within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Finance, Technical, Integration, Data Migration, and Testing • Manage onsite/offshore teams and Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies Requirements • 8+ years of experience managing ERP implementations • Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash • Proven experience managing the complete implementation lifecycle • Expertise in project planning, scope, budget, resources, RAID management, risk mitigation, and change control • Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and client-facing leadership skills • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes, business readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
