About the Role Anveta is looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join their team and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing to offer closure • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases • Handle Non-IT hiring across multiple domains and experience levels • Screen candidates and assess their suitability, salary expectations, interest, and availability • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and drive closures • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure process compliance • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely hiring Requirements • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment • Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills • Good communication and coordination abilities • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment • Target-oriented mindset with a focus on quality CV submissions and successful closures
