About the Role We are seeking an Oracle Business Developer & Resource Management Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and managing resources for Oracle solutions. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM, and Oracle Finance solutions. • Identify suitable Oracle consultants and IT professionals for client projects. • Source candidates for Oracle functional and technical roles for onsite or remote assignments. • Maintain a database of available consultants, freelancers, subcontractors, and permanent candidates. • Coordinate with recruitment teams and external vendors to meet project staffing requirements. • Match candidates' skills, experience, availability, and expected rates with client requirements. • Review CVs, coordinate interviews, and follow up on client feedback. • Negotiate consultant rates, salaries, and vendor costs to maintain suitable profit margins. • Ensure timely deployment of resources according to project schedules and client requirements. • Achieve monthly and annual business development targets. • Secure new clients and Oracle project opportunities. • Track the number of Oracle consultants successfully deployed. • Monitor the speed of fulfilling client resource requirements. • Maintain consultant utilization and retention rates. • Ensure gross profit margin on resource placements and projects. • Focus on client satisfaction and repeat business. • Submit proposals, reports, and commercial offers timely. Requirements • 1 to 2 years of experience in Information Technology - IT • Experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM, and Oracle Finance • Strong understanding of business development and resource management • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
