About the Role We are hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Program Technical Lead for a remote contract role. This position requires leading full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and managing technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as Technical Lead • Manage onshore/offshore technical teams • Handle environment management, testing, cutover, and go-live processes • Conduct mobile and AI security assessments Requirements • Strong expertise in Integrations, Reporting, Fast Formulas, and Data Conversion • Knowledge of OIC, OCI, CIF, and APIs • Strong client-facing communication and technical decision-making skills • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation processes
