About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle Fusion PLM implementations for client-side projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage Oracle Fusion PLM implementations • Work with product formulation and regulatory SaaS solutions • Handle product formulation, RampD, food and beverage regulations, and BOM lifecycle • Collaborate with System Integrators and cross-functional teams • Manage project delivery, risks, change management, SIT/UAT, master data readiness, cutover, and go-live • Provide stakeholder management and executive reporting Requirements • Strong experience managing Oracle Fusion PLM implementations • Experience with product formulation and regulatory SaaS solutions • Knowledge of product formulation, RampD, food and beverage regulations, and BOM lifecycle • Experience working with System Integrators and cross-functional teams • Ability to travel 10–20%, primarily to Austin, MN, for team activities • Atlassian JIRA experience preferred
