About the Role We are looking for an Oracle Learning Cloud Functional Lead to join our team. This role focuses on transforming learning experiences and driving enterprise-wide learning transformation using Oracle Learning Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Oracle Learning Cloud implementations • Design scalable learning solutions and governance frameworks • Manage learning data migration and integrations • Drive testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Advise clients and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful implementations Requirements • 8–15 years of experience in Oracle HCM / HR Technology • 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles • 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) implementations • Hands-on expertise in learning catalogs, courses, offerings, certifications, ILT/VILT, and learning journeys • Strong understanding of compliance training and certification management • Integration experience with Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, and third-party content providers • Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher • Experience leading client workshops, solution design, SIT/UAT, go-live, and hypercare Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare-sector implementation experience • Oracle Learning Cloud certification • LMS migration and LXP integration experience • Agile delivery exposure
