About the Role We are seeking a senior level Application Data Developer with 8+ years of experience to support enterprise applications in an Oracle database environment. The Data Developer will serve as a core team member responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database structures and PL/SQL code. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes, triggers, constraints) to support application and integration requirements. • Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions to support business logic, data services, and ETL processes. • Participate in both project and maintenance activities, providing technical leadership for data-related tasks. • Collaborate with Data Architects, Database Administrators, application support staff, and vendors to create, test, deploy, and optimize data structures and processes. Requirements • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in an Oracle database environment. • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL development and database administration. • Experience with data modeling, ETL development, and integration of agency-specific data into vendor-hosted solutions. • Ability to provide technical leadership and independent judgment in data-related tasks.
