About the Role We are looking for an experienced Pamp;C Insurance Business Analyst amp; Domain Expert with deep expertise in Commercial Lines, particularly Damp;O and/or Marine Cargo insurance. This role focuses on implementing a multinational insurance platform supporting the end-to-end insurance lifecycle across 15+ issuing territories. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with insurance SMEs and stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements • Review existing requirements, user stories, process documentation, and wireframes • Translate business needs into detailed, implementation-ready specifications • Document business rules, regulatory requirements, decision logic, and workflow requirements • Define data requirements, business validations, exception handling, and acceptance criteria • Create and enhance wireframes and prototypes using approved AI-assisted UX design tools and Copilot • Develop structured specifications for AI-assisted and Copilot-enabled engineering workflows • Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Architects, and engineering teams • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution walkthroughs • Conduct business validation sessions and document feedback, gaps, and enhancements Requirements • 12+ years of professional experience in business analysis and insurance domain roles • Strong Property amp; Casualty (Pamp;C) insurance domain knowledge • Commercial Lines experience with Damp;O and/or Marine Cargo Insurance • Understanding of multinational insurance programs and regulatory compliance • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, business process mapping, and functional specifications • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and workflow documentation • Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, AI-assisted UX tools, and Microsoft Copilot • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working with Agile teams and specification-driven development
