About the Role We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Project Manager to lead complex upgrade projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft financial modules and proven experience in project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Manage PeopleSoft FSCM and its financial modules including GL, AP, Project Costing, Cash Management, and Asset Management • Oversee PeopleTools and PUM Image upgrades • Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through go-live • Coordinate onshore and offshore teams effectively • Implement project governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Manage SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hyper-care activities Requirements • 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM • Experience managing PeopleTools and PUM Image upgrades • Working knowledge of PeopleTools, PUM, Change Assistant, and upgrade methodology • Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery • Strong skills in project governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams • Knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hyper-care activities
