About the Role We are looking for a PeopleSoft Sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale data platform modernization initiative, transforming PeopleSoft Sales data into trusted, business-ready Sales 360 data products. Key Responsibilities • Lead PeopleSoft-to-enterprise data model mapping • Support the design and validation of 57 Sales 360 data products • Reverse-engineer customizations, business rules, and undocumented data flows • Partner with business leaders, architects, data engineers, and QA teams • Ensure accurate, complete, and reliable Sales data across enterprise platforms Requirements • 12–15 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Sales modules, data migration, and enterprise data modernization • Strong functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft • Experience with data modernization • Excellent stakeholder communication skills • Ability to collaborate with US Eastern Time (EST/EDT) teams
